Hi. Did anyone catch the January exercise bug? I know a lot of people start the year jumping right in to a new fitness program. I'm in it for the long haul, so while I'm being consistent, my intensity is still low to moderate. This works for me because I'm building up the habit of working out 3 times a week without burning out. However, in February I'll be ready to push myself and start a routine I've had amazing results with before. (I'll share it with you then!)
Not only did I get stronger and much more "toned," it's great because you can do it at home and the only equipment you need are resistance bands. Resistance bands are awesome because they are good for ANY fitness level and they take up very little space. You start with the easiest one and just add on when it starts getting easy. You will see results FAST!

In the meantime, here's a playlist that's good for keeping your energy up when logging miles on the treadmill or any other way you like to move. Honestly, I turn the music up to even feel motivated to take that first step out the door. (because the first step is usually the hardest...)
